    Frugio provides:

    • AI-powered interior design tools
    • Image generation and analysis
    • Personalized design recommendations
    • Access to third-party products via affiliate links

    We do not sell products directly. Any purchases made through external links are handled by third-party providers.

    3. User Accounts

    To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Keep your login credentials secure
    • Notify us of any unauthorized use

    You are responsible for all activity under your account.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate excessive content
    • Attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the system
    • Use the Services for illegal purposes
    • Circumvent security measures
    • Abuse or exploit the AI system

    Any attempt to mass-generate designs using automation is strictly prohibited.

    5. AI Disclaimer

    Our Services use artificial intelligence.

    You acknowledge that:

    • Results may not be accurate or perfect
    • Outputs are suggestions only
    • You are responsible for how you use the results

    We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

    6. Payments and Refunds

    Some features may be paid.

    If you purchase a service:

    • You are entitled to receive the service as described
    • If the service is not delivered, you may request a refund

    We do NOT handle refunds for third-party purchases (e.g., Amazon). Those must be handled directly with the third-party provider.

    You acknowledge that:

    • We do not control third-party services
    • We are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions
