    End-User License Agreement (EULA)

    This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and 9555-2972 Québec inc., doing business as OTB Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Frugio mobile application and related services (the "Application").

    1. Acknowledgement

    This Agreement is concluded between you and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.

    You acknowledge that you have reviewed the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and that this Agreement does not conflict with them.

    2. Scope of License

    We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.

    The Application may also be accessed via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.

    You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
    • Use the Application for unlawful purposes

    3. Description of Service

    The Application provides:

    • AI-powered interior design tools
    • Image generation and analysis
    • Design recommendations
    • Affiliate links redirecting users to third-party platforms (e.g., online retailers)

    We do not sell third-party products directly. Any purchase made through external links is solely between you and the third-party provider.

    4. Maintenance and Support

    We are solely responsible for providing support for the Application.

    Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services.

    5. Warranty Disclaimer

    The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

    If the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty:

    • You may notify Apple
    • Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable)

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Apple has no other warranty obligation
    • We are solely responsible for any claims or damages

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

    • Third-party products or services (e.g., Amazon purchases)
    • External websites accessed via affiliate links
    • Losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated designs

    If you paid for a service and it was not delivered, your remedy is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

    We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss.

    7. Product Claims

    You acknowledge that we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims related to:

    • Product liability
    • Legal compliance
    • Consumer protection
    • Privacy laws

    8. Intellectual Property

    All rights in the Application are owned by the Company.

    If a third party claims that the Application infringes their intellectual property rights, we are solely responsible for resolving such claims (not Apple).

    9. Third-Party Services & Affiliate Links

    The Application may include links to third-party services.

    You agree that:

    • We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions
    • Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk

    10. Legal Compliance

    You represent that:

    • You are not located in a country under U.S. embargo
    • You are not listed on any restricted or prohibited party list

    11. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information
    • Use the Application lawfully
    • Not misuse AI tools or attempt to exploit the system

    12. Third-Party Terms

    You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using the Application (e.g., internet provider terms, platform rules).

    13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

    You may stop using the Application at any time.

    14. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.

    Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Canada.

    16. Third-Party Beneficiary

    You acknowledge and agree that:
